Emails, text messages, website forms, customer service communications, consultation notes, and telephone communications. Calls may be monitored or recorded where permitted by law and with any required notice or consent.
Website and device information
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, date and time of visits, approximate location based on IP address, and website interactions.

This may include contact information, timeshare ownership information, contracts and account documents, financing or maintenance fee information, correspondence, and information about your ownership history and circumstances.
The cancellation services provider may use this information only as reasonably necessary to perform services related to your engagement. All communications with timeshare developers, resorts, lenders, homeowners associations, management companies, collection agencies, credit reporting organizations, or other relevant third parties are made by the timeshare owner directly unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
United Exit Solutions does not provide legal representation and does not use attorneys as part of its standard service process.
7. Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary course of business. Certain state privacy laws may define sale, sharing, or targeted advertising broadly enough to include some advertising or analytics activity. Where required by applicable law, eligible consumers may request to opt out of such activity.
We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Website hosting, forms, and analytics
Netlify provides website hosting and form processing. It may process standard request information such as IP address, browser and device information, page requests, and form fields submitted through this website.
We use Fathom Analytics to understand website traffic in aggregate and improve website performance. Fathom is configured as a cookieless analytics service and does not use advertising cookies on this website.
